Learn a language is apparently a long and difficult process.
But children can do this very well and from scratch.
My personal experience tells me that you can still learn a language after fifty years old:
I did it last year with spanish.
The solution is to have a good method,and good teachers.Our method is based:
- on the pleasure you take:never force you to do something,always choose topics that you are interested in.
- on a progressive way:do not try to watch TV if you cannot read,for example
- on communication:do not hesitate to chat or speak with natives:we will deepen this very soon.

- oral understanding
- writing
- speaking
Even for speaking (if you don't have a teacher or locutors) you can prepare yourself by translating
from native language to target language.
